Homeless Documentary

Lost and Found is a documentary film telling the story of Lee Heisler, a homeless man living on the streets for 25 years. In the film, Lee talks about his journey and struggles but also also touches on the life of others that have fallen off the beaten path.

The Director, Brandon Ruta and SnowGlobe Studios, felt compelled to tell the story of homelessness after being based out of Southern California and witnessing the growing epidemic. The goal of this film was to not take any sides on the issue, but simply tell the story from someone that has lived it a majority of their life.

The filmmakers wanted to shoot in a minimalistic style to complement the abstract and alienated lifestyle of Lee and many other homeless. Shot on an Red Dragon with nighttime Photography by the A7s.
